Cheese Broccoli Soup
1 cup fat free chicken or beef broth 1/2 cup broccoli florets
2-3 oz. low fat Swiss cheese (of your favorite type)
1 dash oregano , cumin, onion, & garlic powder each
- Boil the broccoli with broth and all seasonings
- After cooking for a short period of time , place all ingredients except the cheese in the blender. Blend until desired consistency. For thicker soup add less broth
- After well blended, pour in bowl
- Top with cheese and microwave for 30 – 60 seconds or until cheese is melted
