Veggie French Fries
Healthy Veggie French Fries Recipe for your Diet
1 egg white
1 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup string beans (fresh, not frozen or canned) French cut work best
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan or cookie sheet with cooking spray (Pam)
- Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl
- Dip the string bean in the mixture and place them one by one on the pan
- Place in the oven for about 5 minutes and finish at the broil setting
- Top with Parmesan Cheese
